We are a Hong Kong based company and operate web servers hosted in US.

For product support, it’s necessary to store your Envato/AncoraThemes purchase codes, along with their expiration dates and associated user data on our site.

If you have an active support account, support ticket submissions are managed through Ticksy, a third-party system. Only the data you provide is transferred upon your consent.

Your comments on the site include the data shown in the comments form, as well as your IP address and browser user agent string to aid in spam detection.
